Jeff and Monique Pelckmans-Quirynen welcome you to De Vagebond Bed &Breakfast! 

Our B&B lies in the protected landscape of Merksplas Colony. This peaceful and picturesque area covers approximately 1500 acres with quadrangles of farm fields and woods that are  interconnected by tree lined lanes. 

The B&B has two comfortable family size guest rooms.  The rooms are separated from the main house so our guests are afforded full privacy.  Each room is equipped with modern amenities including Internet connectivity, colour TV, and a private bathroom with a hydro massage cabin.  

A hearty breakfast is served in the covered glass veranda that has a splendid view of  the garden and charming Flemish landscape. 

During the spring and summer, you can relax in the terrace and admire the scenery.  Children will surely enjoy playing in the garden which has  a large (4.5 m diameter) bouncy trampoline! There's hardly a more fun way to stay fit and healthy. Kids can cool off and splash around in the swimming pool (also 4.5 m diameter).  Some popular board and parlor games are also available for indoor recreation. 

Merksplas Colony is a paradise for cyclists and trekkers.  From the B&B, there are various routes to neighboring sites of interest. We provide our guests with bicycles free of charge so they can tour the surroundings at their ease.
